UK Delivery

We currently offer free Standard Delivery on orders within mainland UK. We will only dispatch your items once we have contacted you by phone. Should no one be available to take our call we will leave a message informing you of the expected date for delivery.

Standard: Delivery usually within 48 hours of dispatch. Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm. Excludes Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

We currently offer Worldwide Standard Delivery. Times shown are estimated and are in addition to the delivery times on the product description section.

Making a Return Couldn't be Easier!

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Currently customers have two options for making a return:

1. All items purchased on Fringesrugs.com can be posted back to us using the address found on our 'contact us' page.
2. We can arrange collection. If we are instructed to collect the item the costs will be deducted from your refund.

Every item is inspected and prepared prior to dispatch ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition. If for any reason your item has been damaged in transit please inform the courier before accepting the item; contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

The choice of anti-slip will depend greatly on the type of flooring you have. Fringes Rugs will recommend the correct and most suitable cost effective solution. Please see the list below showing different floor covering and contact us if you require assistance.
